Privacy, safety, and discretion are My primary concerns. For this reason, screening is mandatory and non-negotiable for all first-time clients. My screening requirement is that you provide one of the following upon form submission:

(1) A photo ID & a picture of you holding said ID. Photo, name, and date of birth must be visible and legible – all other information may be obstructed at your discretion.

(2) A reference from 2 providers that you have sessioned with in the last 12 months.

Forms will be rejected if they are incomplete or if the information provided is unverifiable.
